Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

We currently offer quick, free shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States. Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping address to avoid delays and additional shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned shipments due to incorrect delivery address. Most of our orders will ship withing 3 -5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is ready to ship. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally please contact us directly for shipping rates and options.

Damaged Shipment Policy: 

We take great care packaging your purchase but in the infrequent and unfortunate circumstance of a product getting damaged during delivery, don't worry! If damage has occurred during shipping, please take photos of the package and the damaged piece. Please submit these to us via email within 1 day of receiving your order along with an order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have contacted us, we will follow up with you and we will begin the return process. Please be sure to save the original packing materials to aid the return shipment.

 

 

Refund Policy:

Your purchase is crafted to the highest standards to ensure years of lasting beauty and functionality, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us directly so we can help make it right. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned, unused and undamaged, in the original packing material within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Return Policy: 

All items are thoroughly inspected before packaging and shipping and manufactured to the highest standards of craftmanship, in the rare event that your order is inaccurate or has a defect, we will replace the item and correct the issue. All items are crafted from solid hardwood, and our finishes are applied by hand. The unique features and characteristics of handmade items are not considered defects. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packing material, unused and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Carver Craftworks will also replace any items damaged in transit, if the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions. Due to the high costs of packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders once they have shipped.

Custom items are not eligible for return.

Items shipped via freight are not eligible for return.

ORDER CANCELLATION: 

Once your order has been placed you have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order. After the 24-hour period there are no changes, cancelations or refunds. Your order is already in production.

REFUNDS:

Once you have returned your item to us we will fully inspect and review any item for damage during shipping. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card used. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:
